Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions apply to all quotes, offers and agreements of Lorolux Montage BV. Below you will find a brief summary. The full terms and conditions are available on request or when entering into an agreement.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, quote and agreement between Lorolux Montage BV and a client, insofar as the parties have not expressly and in writing deviated from these terms.

2. Quotes and offers

All quotes and offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise. A quote is valid for the period stated therein. Lorolux Montage cannot be held to a quote if the client could reasonably understand that it contains an obvious mistake or error.

3. Performance of the agreement

Lorolux Montage performs the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and according to the standards of good workmanship. The client ensures that all data and provisions necessary for the performance are available in good time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within the agreed term after the invoice date, in the manner indicated by Lorolux Montage.

5. Warranty

Lorolux Montage guarantees the soundness of the work and materials delivered in accordance with the applicable standards. The specific warranty conditions are discussed and recorded when entering into the agreement.

6. Liability

The liability of Lorolux Montage is limited to what is regulated in these terms and the agreement. Lorolux Montage is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Lorolux Montage is established.
